At the heart of my work is storytelling.
I photograph people, relationships, and environments as they truly are, paying attention to the moments that unfold naturally and the details that often go unnoticed in the rush of everyday life. Rather than directing or posing, I take a documentary approach that allows space for real connection. The goal is not perfection, but honesty. Images that feel lived-in, meaningful, and true to the people in them.
This approach carries through all of my offerings, from documentary family sessions and multi-session stories to weddings and business work. Each project is rooted in observation, presence, and a deep respect for the story being told.
Whether the focus is a single day, a full season, or the heart behind a business, the intention remains the same: to create images that reflect what it actually felt like to be there and that will continue to matter long after the moment has passed.

We’ll meet four times over the course of the year, spending two hours together in each season. I’ll document what life looks like right then — the routines, the changes, the in-between moments that often pass too quickly to notice.

"Allie did such an incredible job capturing our family in our home. She did such a detailed job communicating what to expect and sent us a thorough questionnaire that helped us to really tell Allie who we were and what we wanted to have as memories through photos. When she got to our house she immediately got to work and started taking photos.
